Dr. Candice Greene – CNO

Candice first graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2008 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Her first job as a Registered Nurse was at Tufts Medical Center where she worked until 2010 when she took a job in the Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Boston Childrens Hospital. She has worked as a Registered Nurse there for the past 8 years while earning her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Massachusetts.

Candice has been training with Dr Terzian since September of 2016. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in May 2017 with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP). The DNP degree builds on the traditional masters programs offered for nurse practitioners by providing additional education in evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and systems leadership. The DNP is the highest degree of education a nurse practitioner can achieve.

Candice is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners in Family Medicine. This makes her qualified to care for patients throughout their lifespan. Candice believes in patient education and Preventative Medicine within Primary Care. Her clinical interests include: women's health, mental health, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and screening and detection of oncologic diseases.

Samantha Tuttle, MSN, FNP-BC

Samantha joined BPCAC after working as an emergency department registered nurse for 3 years. Samantha graduated from Stonehill College with a BS in neuroscience and shortly after decided to go back to school to become a nurse. Samantha graduated from Simmons University with a BSN and continued her education there to complete a MSN program in 2023. Samantha is an American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) board certified family nurse practitioner who looks forward to growing her career at BPCAC. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and going to the beach.

Jillian Poomcharoen FNP-C

Jillian is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who has recently
joined the BPAC family. She has an undergraduate degree in nursing
sciences from the University of Rhode Island and is a recent Graduate
of Regis College's Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2022. As a
registered nurse, Jill has worked at various hospitals in the New
England area and has four years’ experience in medical surgical
nursing with a cardiac focus.

Kristen Hauvuy, MSN-FNP-BC

Kristin is a MSN prepared, board certified Family nurse practitioner who joins BPCAC with 16 years of nursing experience. For 15 years, Kristin was a RN in a major Boston hospital, working in perioperative care, post-surgical/post-anesthesia and critical care. Kristin is also trained and experienced in the administration of cosmetic injectable treatments and has been working in this specialty since 2015. She enjoys preventative anti-aging treatments and helping people to achieve a higher level of self-confidence.
