About Jillian Kurciviez

Jillian Kurciviez, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Physician Assistants and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She offers compassionate care to patients at Bridgewater Primary Care & Cardiology, LLC, in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts.

Jillian earned both her Master of Physician Assistant Studies and Bachelor of Science in Premedical and Health Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston.

Jillian provides compassionate, evidence-based care grounded in a deep understanding of both preventive and acute medicine. Her clinical experience spans internal medicine, family medicine, women’s health, dermatology, surgery, pediatrics, psychiatry, and emergency medicine. She has trained and practiced in respected facilities such as Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Tufts Medical Center, and Good Samaritan Hospital, gaining hands-on experience in treating patients across all ages and backgrounds.

Before becoming a Physician Assistant, Jillian worked as a home health aide, where she supported patients with daily living tasks and collaborated with care teams to provide 24/7 in-home support.

She maintains current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association. Jillian is passionate about delivering patient-centered care that promotes health, healing, and long-term wellness.
