Sue is a great practitioner. She remembers the details of our previous visit and follows up on long standing issues. Sue is kind and thoughtful to an 87 year old with dementia and treats her with great care and respect including her in care and works well with me the caregiver

Excellent service! She was helpful, knowledgeable and insightful. I previously had a poor experience with her colleague and Emily changed my mind about this practice because she was attentive. I felt heard (and this is a KEY indicator to whether someone receives the care they deserve, whether a doctor/medical staff is rushing and checking things off a list versus pausing to hear and ask questions). I truly appreciate her support and patience. When a practice is struggling and someone like her comes along, it can smooth things over with clients. Customer service is usually lacking in the medical field, but her kind spirit and genuine care were noticed and appreciated! The staff supporting her in the front are doing a much better job at communicating that earlier this year. They were very friendly, approachable, were smiling and explained things (which is helpful).
